This Asian Inspired Chicken and Noodles with Peanut Sauce recipe is a huge fan favorite here at the farm. The best part about it is that it’s super quick and easy to make. It’s also mouthwatering! Warm spaghetti noodles are tossed with tender rotisserie chicken, crunchy carrots, and a savory (yet slightly spicy) peanut sauce. It can be served warm or at room temperature. Although there is rarely any leftover, should that be the case, Chicken and Noodles with Peanut Sauce is also outstanding the next day for lunch!

How to Make Chicken and Noodles with Peanut Sauce
First, combine chicken broth, peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, and garlic in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
Next, bring a pot of salted water to a boil on the stove. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. The pasta should be aldente. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large bowl.
Then add the carrots, peanut sauce, and chicken to the spaghetti and toss all the ingredients to coat thoroughly.
Finally, sprinkle each bowl with green onions and chopped peanuts before serving. Garnish each serving with chopped fresh cilantro and enjoy.
