Stir fry recipes are always a fan favorite. The fresh ingredients and quick cook time make them perfect for a busy weeknight or a casual and laid-back weekend dinner. The best part of this recipe is that you can add things to it too. It’s a great baseline recipe. Add more spice by adding extra chilis or freshly grated ginger and add extra crunch with peanuts or more fresh vegetables. The chicken can also be switched out for shrimp. However, the cooking time will also need to decrease if using shrimp.
